Student Travel
Jeffco Public Schools encourages student and classroom travel. Travel experiences enable students to discover new worlds, stimulates learning, increases cultural awareness, and brings historical events to life.
Classroom trips are organized by a teacher and must be approved by a school principal in advance. For more information on student travel policies, see "District Policies" in the right column.
For Study Abroad programs where a student attends school in a foreign country for a semester, see the Foreign Exchange Program page.
Jeffco Schools provides some liability insurance for classroom trips. For more information see the documents below.
