Paula Noonan, Ph.D., has supported Jeffco schools since 1983 when her son entered Normandy Elementary.  Now, her grandchildren attend Normandy.  Paula led the bond campaign that built schools across the district, including Dakota Ridge.  

She was chair of the District Accountability Committee and program chair for the Jefferson Foundation.  An educator and entrepreneur, Paula brings over 30 years of commitment to education in Colorado.

Paula has a BA from Cornell University; MA, University of California, Santa Barbara; Ph.D, University of Denver. She was a vice president, Colorado National Bank and owns her own businesses, Frontline Solutions and ColoradoCapitalWatch.com
