Facilities Planning and Construction Management

Jefferson County School District prequalifies contractors on an ongoing basis. There is no deadline to complete the form. Submissions will be reviewed monthly.

Contractors need to submit the following:

• Pre-Qualification Statement - including all required attachments
• Relevant Project Form - one project per form.  Provide as many examples of K-12 or other relevant work as possible.

Mail or hand deliver one original hard copy and one electronic file of the completed pre-qualification form to
