District Hearing/Vision Screening

The Hearing and Vision Team conducts hearing and Vision Screening for Jeffco students in kindergarten, first, second, third, fifth, seventh, and ninth grades. Hearing/Vision screenings are conducted each spring at all of the Jefferson County Preschools. Read more.

Medicaid

Provides CHP+, Medicaid outreach and enrollment to students enrolled in Jeffco schools and families. The School Medicaid Program supports district staff with reimbursement that provides additional resources to improve, expand, or enhance health and health related services. Read more.

Jeffco Homebound Instruction Program

The Homebound Instruction Program (HIP) is designed to serve students who are unable to attend school for an extended time because of a physical and/or emotional health concern.
