Jeffco Public Schools Annual High School Art Show

Jeffco Public Schools is hosting its annual High School Art Show, April 14 to May 14 at the Arvada Center, 6901 Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada. A reception and awards ceremony is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. April 30. All three events are free and open to the public.

The artwork includes drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, jewelry, photography and computer graphics as well as a variety of mixed media. These exhibits were founded and based on the presentation of the excellent visual arts programs in Jeffco Public Schools.

The high school show is one of four Jeffco Public Schools’ art shows for 2007.  More than 1,900 students participated in the Equity and Excellence Art Show.
