The Class of 2020 is welcomed in to Jeffco Schools

The Class of 2020 is welcomed in to Jeffco Schools as they start kindergarten on the first day of classes on Wed., Aug. 22.

Superintendent Cindy Stevenson will visit three Jeffco schools “fostering” the staff and students of Weber Elementary, who were displaced by an arson fire at their school on the last day of classes in June. 

Media is invited to visit kindergarten classes at Zerger Elementary, 9050 Field St., Westminster, at 7:30 a.m.,Warder Elementary, 7840 Carr Dr., Arvada, at 9:30 a.m., at Al Meiklejohn Elementary, 13405 W. 83rd Pl., Arvada, at 10:30 a.m.

Weber staff and students will return to a new Weber Elementary on Oct. 15.
