School Celebrates CSAP Success

It will be a proud moment for the students and staff of Campbell Elementary School when Jeffco Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Cindy Stevenson visits the student body on Wednesday, March 18, at noon to personally congratulate them on their academic success.

Students and staff are celebrating strides in their performance on last year’s CSAP for showing the greatest growth in CSAP reading, writing and math for all of Jeffco Public Schools.

Principal Rebecca Chao says the schools biggest strength is the staff.  “This is just an incredible group of people.  They meet with kids before school, during lunch and after school,” she said. 

“They are incredibly dedicated with their time and efforts to make this change in our school happen.”

Teachers held team meetings and staff development on common instructional strategies and addressed individual student needs.

The school also received recognition from the City of Arvada for Outstanding Performance on the CSAP.
