NEW VIRTUAL HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATES STUDENTS ONLINE
Colorado high school students can earn diplomas online through Jeffco Public Schools, a leader in education for over 50 years.
Jeffco’s 21st Century Virtual Academy is an online high school that offers free tuition to Colorado residents. The program is now accepting applications for the 2009-10 school year.
The online classes allow students to study at their own pace, in their own setting and gives parents online access to check grades and student progress at any time.
Students can study full-time and receive a Jeffco high school diploma, attend part-time while attending classes at another school, or take supplemental classes to catch up on credits.
The student enrollment process is underway and Colorado residents are invited to attend an information session or webinar to find out more about curriculum options, online courses and get answers to questions. Find specific dates and times by visiting www.jeffcopublicschools.org/online/index.html.
"The Virtual Academy combines leading edge curriculum with the Jeffco reputation that colleges and universities look for in accepting graduates," said Audie Rubin, director of Jeffco’s 21st Century Virtual Academy. "Students looking for a credible online high school provider in Colorado can rest assured that the Virtual Academy will help them achieve a bright future."
