CANDIDATES ANNOUNCED FOR JEFFCO SCHOOL BOARD
Four people are officially running for the Jefferson County Board of Education, having collected enough signatures to place their names on the Nov. 1 ballot.  The candidates are:

District 3
Preston Branaugh
Jill Fellman

District 4
Lesley Dahlkemper
Jim Powers

The board vacancies are for the seat of Jane Barnes, who is term limited, and Dave Thomas, who is not running for a second term.  The candidates represent districts within Jefferson County but run countywide for election.
