Financial Assistance
Students whose families meet certain federal income qualifications, as outlined in the Family Economic Survey, qualify for financial assistance from Jeffco's 21st Century Virtual Academy. All families will have the opportunity to complete the Family Economic Survey during enrollment in order to determine if they qualify for assistance. The Virtual Academy, during registration, will notify families if they meet federal qualifications and arrange for financial assistance. Financial assistance for those families that qualify includes:
- Students enrolled full time in Jeffco's 21st Century Virtual Academy can receive a reimbursement for the cost of Internet access and a loaned computer.
- A reimbursement for the cost of Internet access or a loaned computer can be provided for students enrolled part time in the Virtual Academy.
- A $50 reduction in the cost of each 0.5 credit credit recovery course.
