Enrollment for Full-Time Study

Full-time enrollment in Jeffco's 21st Century Online Virtual Academy is available to students in 9th through 12th grade. Students must be residents of Colorado and younger then 21 years of age. Because we are part of the Jeffco Public School District, the Virtual Academy isĀ able to offer tuition-free enrollment to high school-aged Colorado residents.

Fees are charged for some course materials. Students may qualify for financial assistance for computers, Internet access and course materials. Find out more about financial assistance.

To enroll full time, students can be enrolled in any other Jeffco public school and must participate in a minimum of four online courses during the fall and spring semester. If a student is enrolled in a non-Jeffco public school, please contact our office.

Submit an Application

Full time enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year has closed.

Completing and submitting this online application does not consititute enrollment in Jeffco's 21st Century Virtual Academy. The Virtual Academy is unable to determine the student's eligibility for enrollment until all documentation is received.

Submit Required Documentation

After submitting the online application, the student will need to submit forms and documentation that is necessary for enrollment. See the documentation checklist.

Application Review and Registration

Because every student is unique, the Virtual Academy will work closely with you to answer questions about our program and to facilitate enrollment. A staff member will contact you after completion of the online form, and submission of all documentation.
