Online Professional Development - Teachers
Teachers from any school district may enroll in any of the Jeffco Online Professional Development courses listed in the course catalog. These facilitated courses are offered four times per year with sessions starting in mid-September, early January, April and June.
Jeffco also offers Certificate Programs through Adams State College to teachers who complete a series of courses.
Jeffco offers certificate programs through Adams State College to teachers who complete a series of courses (typically 5 courses or 15 credit hours) in a specific area. These portable credentials are obtained through focused, sustained professional development, and serve to strengthen a teacher's ability to be mobile in the workforce.

- Educational Technology Teacher of Excellence (ETTE)
- Gifted and Talented Teacher of Excellence (GATE)
- Elementary Literacy Teacher of Excellence (ELTE)
- Online Learning Teacher of Excellence (OLTEC)

Pricing for our courses is based on the number of credits per course:
$100 for a 3 credit course
$60 for a 2 credit course
$40 for a 1 credit course
After you submit a request for an online course, our staff will contact you for payment information.
