Title I: SES Provider Contract Requirements

In order to provide services to Title I students, vendors must meet several requirements. Pior to enrolling students, a provider must be both a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) approved vendor, and a Jeffco Schools contracted vendor.

Vendor Requirements

CDE Approved Vendor:
• Successful RFP
• Vendor Requested Jeffco as a District site
• Name, description on CDE Website.

Jeffco Contracted Vendor:
Must be in compliance with:
• Agreement
• General Liability
• Professional Liability
• Workmen's Compensation
• Criminal Records check

Contract Deadlines

These contract deadlines are for the 2011-2012 school year.

July 14th, 2011: All approved CDE vendors received Jeffco agreements and insurance requirements.

August 3rd, 2011: Last day to send contracts.

Note: Vendors who do not have all required documentation will not be allowed to provide services to the District. The only exception is if the vendor has contacted Barb Ruley prior to August 3rd, and the District is aware there is a process in motion.
