| Golden High School is nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mts. minutes from downtown Denver. GHS has served the community of Golden for 138 years. There is a strong sense of tradition and pride in GHS by alumni and the community. GHS is one of the top high schools in Colorado and has consistently been rated a high achieving high school. GHS is a comprehensive high school offering numerous Honors and AP courses as well as courses in Engineering, Culinary Arts, Performing and Visual Arts, and Experiential Education. GHS offers a strong competitive athletic program and has nationally ranked Dance and Percussion programs. Students can also chose to be involved in Theater, Forensics, and other clubs. |
