| In operation since 1994, Collegiate Academy of Colorado (CAC) is a charter school worth looking into for your child's education. CAC's K-8 curriculum is well versed in cultural literacy from the Core Knowledge Foundation. Our teachers develop student knowledge and skills to gain, meet and often exceed grade-level growth at Jefferson County standards, yet they offer a classical depth to our program. Our staff believes that students must study and appreciate the world they live in to be true future leaders of our community. In the high school, Collegiate offers both a college track and a flourishing Advance Placement program. Offering eleven different courses in Advanced Placement, our high school faculty is highly qualified to provide quality, academic methods and expectations.
