Additional Information
In the spring of 2007, Jeffco schools completed the second phase of a two-phase rebuild of Arvada West High School. The result is a state of the art instructional facility of approximately 268,000 square feet on a 23 acre campus. Our students' accomplishments include past winners of the National Merit Scholarship Program, the Boettcher Foundation Scholarship competition, appointments to military academies and acceptance to the nation's most highly selective colleges and universities. The 46 year history of Arvada West is rich in athletic tradition and accomplishments, with 20 state championships in nine different sports, including six state titles in women's athletics.
