The Student Records Center is responsible for the maintenance and archival of all Jefferson County graduated or withdrawn students' academic or special education folders. Each day, we process requests for archived records dating back to the 1930s.
Graduates, or former students of Jeffco Public Schools, parents or legal guardians of students under the age of 18, or higher education institutions requesting records on behalf of students should complete the transcript and immunization record request form. The fee is $5 per copy, which includes the following: transcript, ACT/SAT/AP scores, and immunization records.
Copies of diplomas and GED records are not available from the district. Transcripts can serve as proof of graduation. GED records are available from the Colorado Department of Education at 303-866-6613.
Background investigation companies, state or government agencies, out-of-district schools can request student record information by faxing a release to 303-982-6575.
Current students enrolled in Jeffco Public Schools, parents or legal guardians can obtain student records from the school where the student is enrolled.

The fee for special education records is $5. There will be an additional fee of 10 cents per page for special education records exceeding 100 pages.
