Board Negotiations
Jeffco Public Schools negotiates a collective bargaining agreement with two entities, the Jefferson County Education Association (JCEA) and the Jeffco Education Support Professionals Association (JESPA).
Negotiation practices and activities are defined in the collective bargaining agreements. Work sessions generally take place in the spring of each year.
District negotiations will follow the schedules below. All meetings will be held in the board room of the education center unless otherwise noted.
All sessions are open to the public and are live-streamed. Recordings are available after each live stream.
