Arvada West High School has officially started a local HOSA chapter. In addition to launching this new chapter, AWest is proud to announce that in its first year of HOSA affiliations, it has two teams of two that have qualified for the State Leadership Conference (SLC) in February. For these teams to qualify for the SLC competition, they must achieve a combined average score in the top 10% of all competitors in the state testing in CPR/First aid. This is a very proud moment for this new AWest HOSA chapter and they look forward to their members' achievements at the state competition.
