Ideas from each category compete for resources (how much money it will take).

Get Out the Vote
When all ideas are submitted on October 28th, the top ideas from each articulation area in each category (Big, Medium, and Small) will advance to the Design Round.

Design Round
The best ideas from each articulation area will participate in a design process to further develop ideas and specify resource requests.
