Jeffco Alliance
In Jeffco we are leaders building a community of leaders.

Current Projects
During the fall of 2025, a group of Jeffco parents, staff, leaders, and community members formed the Partnership for Fiscal Sustainability to advise the Superintendent on the Budget Reduction Blueprint. The Partnership will help shape Jeffco’s plan to reduce its expenditures for the 2026–27 school year. These reductions are driven by rising costs, declining enrollment, and dwindling state and federal funding.

What is the Alliance?
The Jeffco Alliance is a group of parents, community members, students and #TeamJeffco staff who gather to provide critical feedback on the school district’s strategic direction. All Jeffco residents are welcomed and encouraged to participate when the Alliance gathers.
This alliance began in 2022 and has shaped the district’s strategic plan, the high school experience, and most recently, offered recommendations to support the following community-driven interests: Competitive Compensation, Safe and Secure Environments and High School Reimagined.
