Tech for Ed Program SupportAt some point, your 1:1 device will have an issue (like all computers do). Don't panic! Follow the instructions below to troubleshoot and if all else fails, report the issue to your 1:1 school lead or teacher first thing in the morning on your next school day.

1. Confirm your device is connected to the Internet.

(Note: It is possible to work on Google Doc, Spreadsheets, etc. without internet access. Learn more about offline mode.)

2. Restart your device.

(Tip: Press the Power and Reload buttons at the same time. The reload button looks like an arrow going in a circle.)

3. Take to your teacher or school library for repair.

#1 and #2 didn't work? It's okay. Take your device to your teacher (if you are in class) or to your 1:1 school lead (likely in your school library) to get further assistance.
