Collective Bargaining Agreements

Jeffco Public Schools negotiates a collective bargaining agreement with two entities, the Jefferson County Education Association (JCEA) and the Jeffco Education Support Professionals Association (JESPA).

Negotiation practices and activities are defined in the collective bargaining agreements. Work sessions generally take place in the spring of each year. The agreements on this page have been approved by the Board of Education.

Jeffco Education Support Professionals Association (JESPA)

Jeffco Education Support Professionals Association is a membership organization, professional association, and union collectively bargains, representing the 4,000 Education Support Professionals (ESPs) working for Jeffco Public Schools.

Jefferson County Education Association (JCEA)

Jefferson County Education Association is a member-driven organization that works to empower over 5,300 educators in Jefferson County to advocate for the schools Jeffco students deserve.

All sessions will be held in the board room of the Education Center unless otherwise noted. All sessions are open to the public and are live-streamed. Recordings are available after each live stream.
