A Total Rewards package is an integral part of the employee benefits compensation provided by Jeffco Public Schools, and Jeffco recognizes that this information is important in your decision-making. To help you understand what benefits you may qualify for and the additional value of district-provided benefits, use the benefits guide below. Your benefits guide will answer many of the questions you may have.
Benefits Guides
Full-time employees are those regularly scheduled to work in one or more standard-hour positions and whose combined standard-hour positions equal the below:
- 2025-26 Full-Time District Benefits Enrollment Guide
- Education Support Professionals (ESPs) working 30 hours or more per week (>0.75 FTE)
- All other district employees working 24 hours or more per week (>0.6 FTE)
- 2025-26 Charter School Benefits Enrollment Guide
- Charter employees working 30 hours or more per week (0.75 FTE)
- 2025-26 Part-Time District Benefits Enrollment Guide
- Education Support Professionals (ESPs) working 20-30 hours per week (0.5 FTE - 0.75 FTE)
- All other district employees working 20-24 hours per week (0.5 FTE - 0.6 FTE)
