Administrator & IT Professional Compensation
The Administrator Salary Plans cover three different groups.
- School-Based Administrators
- Information Technology Professionals
- Central Based Administrators
Positions are assigned salary grades using a combination of external market analysis and internal job evaluation methodologies. This approach establishes a competitive salary range and provides a framework for creating job equity and meaningful career progression opportunities.
The minimum, midpoint and maximum rates are listed for each grade, with midpoints aligned with market rates for similar positions in other front range K-12 districts for experienced administrators.
Salary placement is determined by the candidate’s relevant education, job experience and relevant certifications.
Human Resources may implement programs to recognize differences in work complexities within the same job codes that come due to different department or school environments. An example of this type of program is the Principal Pay Factor program.
