If you are a Licensed Teacher or Special Services Provider, use our salary calculator to view an estimated salary range based on your years of experience and level of education.

- The salary calculator is for a full year 1.0 FTE, 185 day assignment. Positions less than 1.0 FTE or for those that become effective after the start of the school year, the corresponding salary will be prorated. This does not finalize your starting salary, but is intended to be a guideline of potential salary. If you secure a position, your salary will be determined during onboarding where years of experience and degrees will be evaluated.
- Some licensed employees work more than 185 days in a school year and will receive additional pay. If you work 191 work days ‐ add 3.24% to the base compensation. This includes Digital Teacher Librarians and Instructional Coaches. If you work 195 days ‐ add 5.41% to the base compensation. This includes Counselor roles.
