CB Adult High School Program: The McLain GED + program has an educational goal that all students not only pass the GED but are also informed and prepared for a career or post-secondary education. We have a significant number of resources in the building and relationships in the community that guide students in taking those next steps. We work with all our students to develop an instructional study plan that best suits their academic readiness as determined by the GED READY pre-test.

GED AND THE MILITARY

The most consistent guidance over the past three years has been that a GED alone is not sufficient for enlistment. Students have been able to join with a GED and 15 semester hours of college. It is advised that you work directly with the recruiter.
