CLDE Academic Options 6-12

Multilingual learners (MLs) deserve equitable pathways to support them in meeting graduation requirements and gaining fluency in English. CLDE Academic Options 6-12 offers online courses specifically tailored for multilingual learners at the secondary level. These ESL English or sheltered content area classes are courses not otherwise offered at the middle or high school the student attends.

CLDE Academic Options 6-12 is a secondary enrollment through Jeffco Remote Learning Program (JRLP). Students continue to attend their home school. Students log in from a classroom or other location in their home school and participate in virtual lessons taught by highly-qualified Jeffco teachers. All lessons are delivered in real time, allowing students to ask questions, engage with other multilingual learners, and receive feedback from their instructors.
