The Jeffco Public Schools GT team is looking forward to the 2026 SPARKS GT Enrichment Program with our gifted learners. To allow for greater access for all students, we will again be offering a one-week morning or afternoon program to stimulate and enrich GT students.

SPARKS is open to all Jeffco-identified GT students entering grades 1 through 8 in the 2026-27 school year. Registration will open on March 2, 2026.  Lottery will run on March 16 and families will be notified no later than March 18.  Then registration will be first-come, first-served following the lottery, from March 18-31. Registration closes on March 31.

• When registering, choose either a morning or an afternoon class; students should only select one class.
• Classes will be limited to 15 students.
• All Jeffco safety procedures will be followed. 

Class fees will be due by April 14.  Any student with an unpaid balance will be removed from the registration list. Limited scholarships will be available for families in need. Scholarship applications are due March 16. Contact the GT office to get the scholarship application.

• Where: Everitt Middle School (TBD)
• Cost: $275 plus class fees
• Choose a class from the option times below:
  • AM classes: 8:30-10:30 a.m., or
  • PM classes: 12:30-2:30 p.m.
