Jeffco Public Schools recognizes the strengths in the communities that influence student learning and uses these strengths to support schools, students and families through community partnerships.

Jeffco defines community partnerships as a collaborative relationship between outside organizations, schools and families working together to improve student results and strengthen communities.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Jeffco Public Schools. Each year, thousands of people unite to give the precious gift of their time, knowledge, skills, and expertise to ensure our students get a great education.

Register to Volunteer

Start the volunteer process by registering in Jeffco's Partners In Education system. This allows you to:

  • Select the schools and locations where you want to volunteer.
  • Choose to receive notifications when your selected schools create volunteer opportunities.
  • Sign-up to volunteer at locations across Jeffco Public Schools (once your account is active).

When you partner with a school or the school district, your contributions of time, talent and financial support help Jeffco become a district where all students achieve their biggest dreams. We seek to partner with  businesses, nonprofit organizations, civic groups, and faith-based partners to enrich our students' lives.

Community members can lead at the school and district level by joining a district committee or board advisory committee, and participating in board of education meetings.
