The Office of Legal Services advances Jeffco’s interests and educational mission by delivering effective and efficient legal services and counsel to the Board of Education and district leadership.

The Office of Legal Services can accept service at 1829 Denver West Drive, Bldg. #27, Golden, CO, 80401 for legal matters in which the district is a party. The Payroll office at the same address will accept service of court orders to garnish the wages of district employees. Student record requests should be made online through the department of Student Data Privacy & Reporting. Other requests can be made through the district's Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) officer.
