Technology is imperative to Jeffco Public Schools’ students, parents, community and staff. It has become a necessary and effective tool for instruction, staff effectiveness, student achievement, parent involvement, community outreach and the ability for graduates to compete in the global marketplace.
In alignment with the Jeffco Thrives 2025 strategic plan, the goals of the Information Technology (IT) division are to increase digital equity, enable district data culture and support future-focused sustainability.
Jeffco believes that all technology work in the district should be evaluated to ensure that it improves the experience of students, staff and families, as well as the services provided and the applications and systems supported by IT.
Departments and Services
Families can request support through the community JeffcoHelp portal. Submit a ticket for support or access a searchable library of self-help articles.
Jeffco IT supports students and families in a variety of areas, including password resets, device troubleshooting, systems status alerts and other issues.
